Subscriptions & Licensing

ONA Dashboard uses a freemium model. Basic network graph features are free, while advanced tools require a Pro license.

Getting Pro Access

There are two ways to activate Pro:

1. Subscription (Monthly or Yearly)

  1. Click the FREE badge in the top-right header, or attempt to use a Pro feature
  2. Choose Monthly ($19/month) or Yearly ($190/year)
  3. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
  4. After payment, your account is upgraded immediately

Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time (see below).

2. License Key

If you've been given a license key:

  1. Click the FREE badge in the header
  2. Enter your key in the license key field
  3. Click Activate Key

License keys have a fixed expiry date and do not auto-renew.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription (update payment method, change plan, or cancel):

  1. Click the PRO badge in the header
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal

From the portal you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Switch between monthly and yearly plans
  • View billing history
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancelling

When you cancel a subscription:

  1. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period (you've already paid for it)
  2. Your plan status changes to Cancelled in the system
  3. At the end of the billing period, your account reverts to Free
  4. No further charges are made

You can reactivate at any time before the period ends from the Stripe Customer Portal.

14-Day Free Trial

New users get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment method required. When the trial ends, you can subscribe or continue with the free tier.

Billing & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in NZD
  • Invoices and receipts are available in the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Failed payments are retried automatically by Stripe before the subscription is cancelled
